However, we will exchange any fabric purchased from this site that is flawed due to a manufacturers defect only.  Fabric should be inspected before any cutting is done.  Outsidefabric.com will not accept returns on cut fabric.  Only original yardage will be accepted.  In order to receive an exchange the buyer must first contact Outsidefabric.com via email at   with a detailed description of the defect.

Buyer may also be required to send a digital photo with the description.  After review of the email, a return authorization number will be issued, and a call tag will be sent.  NO FABRIC WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Once the fabric arrives at our location and is inspected for the described defect, a new order will be sent.  Only the original purchased fabric will be replaced, buyer cannot exchange fabric for another color or pattern. 

Outsidefabric.com realizes that not all monitors are the same.  Outsidefabric.com cannot be held responsible for color matching of fabrics posted on this site.  Upon request, Outsidefabric.com offers swatches on any color listed.  Outsidefabric.com will not accept returns of fabric listed on this site because of fabric not matching image posted.
